Of Time

Starts like a summer breeze
Cherished by memories, promise of a dream
Learning through the map of legacy
Voyage inside blessed pedigree
But life, shines behind the veil, staring destiny

Mazed a stare like a child, behind a prayer
Believing there’s god in your wold, love in myself
But the night is long, I don’t belong with my fading self

I smile like I’m crying
Dream that I’m dying
Deny the truth into oblivion
You and me across meridian
Dusts of yesterday weaves my fallacy
Sense of time is my malady
